Frozen vegetables via fresh vegetables?

Do you buy frozen vegetables or do you buy fresh vegetables? Why? saves time? Cost? Convenient? Why?........

I buy both and sometimes when fresh are on special i part cook them and freeze for use later on. They taste great and apart from potato they dont have a change of flavour. (potato's can sometimes get a floury freezer burn)
