This is something I always take into consideration when going shopping. I always plan out my first few days of food and what I will be needing, There's nothing better than fresh vegy's but they do go off. So don't over do it and buy to much, only buy what you know you'll use. I use frozen vegys in things like my stir-fry's and noodle dishes as its easy and cost affordable. I hope this helped you out a bit.
