When I shop, I have to admit for milk, I buy 4 cartons of uht at one time, this gives me enough milk for 6 to 7 weeks, and I can have coffee, and cereal plenty of times. I like a variety of cheeses, and will buy three or four when I do buy, so that the variety is in the fridge... I make up my own yogurt, with an ezy yogurt maker from new zealand, and it does me each time for 4 days at least... you can get a good variety from supermarkets, in the packets, or from the firm directly, it depends on whether I have to pay postage, and then what it works out per packet. not taken with organic think it is just a lot dearer to buy it.
