Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

I buy only milk and I budget for two litres per week. Have to admit that I buy the cheapest. Ywsterday I bought 2 1ltr cartons of anchor UHT from Aldi. They were 75C each.
I buy milk because I prefer my coffee with milk in it. I considered just ge I think the milk gives me some calcium ans as I do not buy any other dairy products I think the milk is probably a good idea.
