Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

Two friends of mine are lactose intolerant. They are grateful that they can now buy lactose free cheese, cream, milk, yoghurt and even icecream. I am not a chocolate lover but the Chocolate Icecream is delightful. I have been told that Liddell is one of the best brands, that their products taste almost the same as those made with cows milk. There is also a variety of spreads available that are milk free. A lot of margarines have milk in them. Why do those products have to be so expensive.
Lactose Free Milk is close to double the price of other milk.
The same problem exists with Gluten Free Food.
