Dairy Products - what are your staples?

MILK - There is just FAR TOO MUCH choice in milk. I miss the one option bottled milk that was delivered to every home in the mornings. Now THAT was true service and the milk was always fresh and creamy.
YOGHURT - seems to have too much sugar in it these days so it tends to be bottom heavy now in the health scales.
BUTTER - I use just for flavouring food when cooking.
PROBIOTICS - have tried them, they're sweet and yummy but made no difference to me otherwise, and they are too expensive.
