Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

-- milk, cheese, yoghurt, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and occasionally cream --- limit the cheese to 2 slices a day, buy plain yoghurt ad add your own flavours - vanilla, banana, strawberries, blueberries - the banana gives the sweetness without adding sugar.-- Cream cheese - also use sparingly instead of margarine, and use for cheesecakes - with the ricotta, and make icing with lemonjuice - yum !!...make your own dips with cream cheese, adding avocado, or sweet chilli sauce, or gherkin spread, etc. Use Cream Cheese on savoury biscuits with a sprinkle of a little powder soup mix, and top with tomato,or cucumber or celery,or radish and parsley etc......
