Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

Yeah milk cheese and yogurt are the main dairy products we usse in our house. dairy is a good source of calcium and consumed in moderation is perfect to make sure you have a healthy well balanced diet. i milked cows on the family dairy farm for 19 years which is intensive labouring and with that comes the odd trip or fall motorbike accident and the like and to this day have never broken a bone in my body and trust me with car and bike accidents throughout my life where i shoulda been dead only slight cuts and bruises never a broken bone. i have always wondered why curiously i askd a doc an he went over my life and basically put it down to a high protein and calcium diet. breakfast lunch and dinner we would have some sort of dairy inntake and im glad i did. it doesnt matter howya have it or what form its in dairy imo is a lifesaver!!!
