Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

We don't actually drink a heap of milk in our household -- we prefer yogurt (especially greek yogurt) and will actually mix that in with our cereal instead of using milk. Cheese we use in cooking a lot so that's always on the list. I don't think I've ever tried probiotic dairy products but I would be open to trying them.
