Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

Actually, milk only makes it into my grocery basket occassionally and I prefer Paul's Organic milk (which, by the way lasts for at least three weeks past the use by date, so is excellent value for money for someone like me who hardly drinks it!) or A2, if I do buy milk. I definitely think these products are worth the money. I love cheese and always have to have a selection in my fridge of fancy cheeses, just in case friends drop by for a glass of wine, etc. Day to day I don't eat alot of cheese though. And I make my own yoghurt - full fat, creamy and delicious but I never allow myself to overindulge, just a little every now and then.
