Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

Well Cheese, milk and butter are all great products for Calcium,Protein and Cabohyrite's all great for kids and adults and i have had soy products as a child couldnt have the real milk so drank that between the age of 5 ~ 12 and found chockalte and carmel more popular if only they mixed honey with the carmel back than in early 80's would of been a hit if im miwtaken and they did than i didnt know i never thought of it back then either. One the other question value for money well the product should speak for itself it should be eye catching and have good quaily ingreadients a smell like when you first open a jar of nestle cafe it has to hit ya you dont put a price on quality if ithas all the healthy things.young kids need when growing up and they grow healthy and fit than that lill extra you paid for more vitamans and grains ect will be woth it in the long run trick is look n read than buy ...
