Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

I usually shop Pura original milk.I think Iam quite loyal to this brand. I dont like fat free milk. I think if you like drinking milk just drink the pure one otheriwise dont drink at all. fat reduced milk doesnt help much with your weights stuff.
I have recently in love with the Dairy Farmers Thick and Creamy yogurt. Especially the coconut favour. Before this, I love buying Dannon yogurt. But after tried the Dairy Farmers' I stop buying. When comparing the normal market prices, Dairy Farmers is a little bit more expensive. But when they go on sale the small one sold 99c sometimes. Because I will have yogurt everyday I will consume them so quickly so it is ok for me to buy the reduced price ones coz they are going to be expired soon.
I will shop butter too. 500g of butter can be consumed for long. so usuallyshope once three months or just wait till they are on sale and buy. I suaully go for lite ones. Would like to try different brands. The one I am having in my frige now is from Gold'n Canola.
