Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

My dairy staples are milk, yoghurt and tasty cheese. I think those are the most commonly bought dairy products in my household and I honestly don't think probiotic dairy products are worth the money but I guess we want to provide the best for our family which may include that.
