Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

Usually I buy a lot of full cream, long life milk, cheese in blocks, and grated cheese, plus real butter and some soft spreadable butter. Depending on the time of year I may also buy cream and sour cream, custard, tinned cream in the spray pack, puddings and ice cream, mascarpone cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese, ricotta, feta, parmesan cheese, soft spreadable cheese triangles, edam cheese, speciality ice creams, cheese cakes etc. I have tried probiotic dairy products but don't generally buy these unless a family member has some digestive issue. They may be worth the money if you are in need of them and if they help you. My 21 year old drinks a litre of milk a day and tends to leave the milk out and about so I find the best idea is the long life. But the pack is aluminium lined and I would like to know if this will cause Alzheimers disease in the end, if anyone out there knows something about the subject?
