Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

Hi, We use long life milk, because it is easy to have in the cupboard and ready to go.
We also use block cheese and sliced cheese every day. We buy yoghurt every second week. We buy icecream every month. Don't use probiotics as I think they are a waste of money.
