Hi everyone. We'd like to know.....what are the staple dairy products you buy when you go to the shops? We're guessing milk is one of them (are we right?) - but what else do you buy regularly? And have you tried probiotic dairy products? Do you think they are worth the money? Please give us your thoughts!

Milk, yoghurt, cheese. Always no fat or low fat, with as few additives as possible. I prefer to buy plain yoghurt and add my own flavourings as that way I am not consuming lots of added sugars. There are a few dairy products available that are supposed to help lower your cholesterol - I am giving these a go. The ones with probiotic properties may be useful if you have digestive issues, but often just plain yoghurt is sufficient.
