If you really want to lose weight with high protein intake it will help you in certain way but if you really want to lose weight without doing any exercise that will take you a bit longer than people who do exercise as well as eat healthy foods. I mean you should know how much protein, carbohydrate, fat, fibre intake in your daily life. To control the weight gain you should start eating boiled green vegetables for fibres, fruits for iron ,helping you to resist from the infection as well as boosting the energy when you need without on having heavy diets. So to control the weight gain, you should educate yourself on nutrition. There is a website describing everything you need i hope it will help you by going to nutrition.com.
