I'm interested in finding out how many people manage to make time for breakfast everyday! And if you do manage to, how do you fit it in?

If you don't have it everyday, how often do you manage to have it?

And what would be your ideal breakfast?

Its a funny thing about breakfast. I found that if I did not bother to eat breakfast but had lunch and dinner normally, about 3 p.m. every afternoon I would feel really hollow, and couldnt get anywhere at work. Found that when I started to eat of a morning, a couple of slices of toast, and vegemite, or crumpets or even sliced tomatoes on toast I was much better to0 work, and did not get that very lethargic feeling, so not only ..... you are what you eat..... but they also are finding school children need that fuel supplement first thing.. Guess I am never too old to learn.. and yes it does not make much difference to your weight... so I do agree with owl-hollow........
