A wine's balance refers to how it handles the key components of acidity, alcohol, tannins and overall flavor does one component overpower the other or do they complement each other with each sip?

In my own experience i have came to a conclusion. Each component has the ability to make the wine the flavour that it is and without one component it would not be as fruitful that it is. In my oppinion yes they all compliment eachother perfectly.:)
