We collect cold water from shower and running tap water, this either's goes on the plants, tom's or we flush the toilet, also tea leaves go on plants.
We place a bucket under our hot water system for the drips and overflow from very hot days again for plants.
There is a 2.500 lt tank by the shed with two overflow barrels that we use for watering the small grassed area, plants and filling watering cans.
The same water is used for the dogs and our filtering system to decant into 600 ml bottles and keep in the fridge to drink.
One day I should work out how much we save in water bills.
By the way I am a Plumber.
