Is it bad manners? Noisy (or nosey) neighbours? Crude dress? Expensive groceries? Rainy days? I know this isn't an overly positive toipc, but as is life, we're only human and sometimes things just tick us off...

Parents crossing the road with their young children at the lights!! Lights red, green and amber dont appear to matter as parents are quite happy to cross when there is a break in traffic. These young kids will grow up disregarding lights, signs, road rules etc. I just shake my head when i see this happening in front of me and wonder what the parents response will be if they or their child gets hit.
