Have you ever had a chance to make a great buy but the shop-assistant \seller \owner \sales-person \,,, was so unpleasant that you decided to walk away instead?
What is the rudest, most uncalled for you have ever heard from a sales-person as you were almost going to give them your money?

A few years back my uncle was returning from work in the bush (and looked it) and stopped at the local Nissan dealership who were having some promotion and the ute prices were failry reasonable at the time. Uncle had only had Toyottas prior but thought the current promotion may be a good time to try a Nissan. Anyways sales rep wasn't overly interested as it was close to closing time and my Uncle looked fairly scruffy I would expect. Uncle asked for some specs info sheets etc. and rep could not be bothered and suggested he come back at 9 in the morning. Uncle walked out in disbelief, went straight to Toyota and bought 4 new Landcruiser utes. I suggested he should havegone back and advised the sales manager at Nissan but he swore he would never set foot back in the place and I don't believe he has to date.
