Does everyone understand the meaning of the grades posted outside restaurants and eateries? Would a national grading schene be better than what exists now? Do you think we should be able to access more information about the results of inspections by EHO's?

I mean one would think to not come out f a restaurant and leave with food poisoning right ? So in that i think it would be wise that we see the inspection of the EHO's, and i think if we just had a scheme that allows us and the providers to come to some sort of compromise or even trial a national scheme the hospitality industry can grow even further. The thing is im New and No i don't know alot about the grades, but i understand it too a certain extent. im probably making no sense whatsoever but that's my opinion.
