Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

The kids are off school and are over loaded with sugar and money. The shops are packed with eager gift shoppers, the food stores show off all the desserts that only put weight on straight at your thighs. I am the scrooge. Love a good feed, don't like to get caught up in it or the obligation. But know heaps of people that do.

It takes the days of planning and preparing. Their stress levels increased to the obligations they created for themselves. By the time Christmas day has come they are exhausted. But I surpose when you get to that day, out comes the egg nog and a few Champers and cheer and it is time to celebrate.

Merry Christams every one.
