Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

I brought my youngest chld up with no father so finances were strained. Because he grew up like that he was thankful for everything he got and rarely complained that he didn't have what other kids had. Christmas was always hard but I learned to start early and lay buy so he at least had several parcels to open.
These days he is a student living away from home and knows how hard it is to survive on so little money.
"I don't know how you did it Mum," he often says to me.
He has grown up good and straight and strong. I am sure your kids will too.
