How do you feel about Christmas? Love it? Hate it?

Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

I love Xmas, but this year is going to be a hard one as it will be the first xmas, without my beautiful big sister Carmel!!! Fortunately I have a very supportive family & I will be spending xmas with a large group. I won't have to do anything this year, except turn up.

Xmas is a religious time, celebrating the birth of Jesus & it is a great time for children. I don't like the commercial side of xmas. I understand there is a certain need for some of it, but it really has become to much in my eyes. I love putting up the tree & decorations & seeing the joy that it brings to the grandkids.
