Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

Hi steve , I am truly sorrow to hear your unhappy xmas years.
It is good that you have your faith and have not done any harm to yourself.
Imagine the pain that it would cause others that do know you , and we dont really know whats on the other side and it could be worse that what its like today.
I have had the same thoughts in the past when I have had depression in a bad way , but I always think of my family & friends and how they would feel if I had done something .
I hope that things get better for you & there is always help from alot of qualified people , you just need to reach out and you will get through it like I have.

Take care and be strong
