Do you wish Christmas would come and go quickly or do you look forward to it with great enthusiasm? Do you believe Christmas has lost its meaning given all the materialistic connotations associated with it or does it still have a special place in your heart?

I enjoy the Christmas Spirit that seems to go along with the season. When people aren't caught up in the commercialism of it, it then becomes a season of giving. I don't go out and buy Christmas presents as I tend to give gifts all year round because the occasion warrants it or because I just want to.
Christmas is family, sharing, giving, kindness, love, compassion and remembrance. My family are grown up but we get together in December and I absolutely love it.
It's all in the perception. Christmas is whatever you make it.
