Hi Minnie,

We have for a few years done a aussie style bbq, along with prawns wrapped in bacon and other types of seafood like fresh octopus, calamari etc. So the husband cooks - BONUS! Still do roast potatoes - we do love a roasted spud no matter how hot it is.

We also have ham no matter what we decide on doing which seems to be mandatory and a lot of salads - my new fave a beetroot, spinach goats cheese and walnut YUM! Better homes and gardens I am sure will also be able to give you a few more ideas, usually quite good ones too.

Merry Christmas :)
