I haven't had a decent Cuppa Coffee for ages!! I could class them as Nice Cuppas, but not DELICIOUS, and a GOOD Coffee deserves to be described as such in Upper Case Letters.
Most Coffee Brands these days do tend to have rather bitter after taste. Some cheaper brands are lightly LESS bitter, but not much.
When I was living in Brisbane, I got a job at THE CREST HOTEL, just next to King George Square and City Hall. I was working in the Kitchen for a Month, while a Staff Member was off for a Month's Leave. When Morning Tea Time came along, we just helped ourselves to a cuppa Coffee made from INSTANT COFFEE.
For all the possible Food Snobs out there, I DON'T CARE about your opinions about INSTANT COFFEE. In this case is was HARRIS HIGHLAND INSTANT COFFEE, and CRIKEY! WHAT a DELICIOUS, SMOOTH, RICH, FULL COFFEE FLAVOUR!! And, the BEST part of it was, there was NO bitter after taste. It was SO GOOD, I found out where to buy it, and I ordered a Can. A BIG CAN!!
Now, I don't know if its still available in Australia, but, if you would really like a REAL BEUT COFFEE, look for HARRIS HIGHLAND Instant Coffee. In my Honest opinion, THE WORLD'S BEST CUPPA!! TRUE!
