Ok namers and shammers I am about to start a coffee shop in a remote area for all the farmers wives that don't get the opportunity to meet friends in town (Its too far to drive and they are needed close by incase of breakdowns or accidents on the farm)

What do you suggest I purchase as a good overall coffee machine and what is a coffee brand that will meet most needs?

I am really looking forward to you ideas. I am a double shot girl myself learnt to drink coffee in Griffith NSW...
