let's name and shame all the bad coffee around

as a professional coffee maker of twenty years i could write an epic on this but i will just say that nearly all coffee that is BAD is so because of inconsistent training standards for coffee makers. if treated correctly ANY bean can produce a great coffee in keeping with its individual flavour profile.
