we had 2 witnesses, my daughter and a friend of ours who had keys to come in and check on our yard, feed our fish etc,.....both spoke to him and told him not to interfere with plants/garden/other trees etc, but he lied to them saying we told him he could do it. the original conversation was with his wife who asked if they could TRIM 3 trees so she had sun on her washing line. yesterday he abused my husband and said the police just laughed and wouldn't charge him, also our landlord wouldn't even stick up for us (we have lived in this house for12 years). we have been here since before his house was built and have seen 3 owners live there none particularly nice and all from interstate.
