Society doesn't seem to have respect for each other any more. In the cities, it's all about making money and owning a great big McMansion. We move to a small village in West Gippsland, because we were tired of the soullessness of Melbourne. Boy, what a difference. The people here are community-minded and work hard to keep the various government authorities from closing our hospital, swimming pool and library. The children are friendly and polite and we have very little grafitti and only tourist drop litter. We wouldn't go back to the city for quids.
