My favourite breakfast is scramble eggs on toast and top of with a hot cup of tea.

Chia seed is a great souce of Omega 3 fatty acids, very good for your cholesterol levels. Try the Goodness Superfoods cereals, 3 types: Protein, great for an energy boost, Heart for heart health and Digestion, no need to explain that one. I have the Protein with a handful of raw almonds and Goji berries with a full of antioxidants. Tastes yummy They are all made from barley so good for wheat interolance,
