My friend and I are willing to collect and compile and sample recipies for those of us who have had a gastric bypass. Since we can have little to do with vegetables because of little or no stomach most will be high protien and how to make it not taste like sand in your food, and flavorful veg and startches. Help us out and we want to publish one to help others like us who have had to make this lifestyle change but still want a variety and flavor of the food we do eat. Thanks!!!

Hi Penny, I had the r and y type surgery in 2009 but after 6 attempts to stretch the opening because I couldn't keep anything down, my surgeon decided to go back in and see what was wrong,. I had a severe infection on all my joins so he cleaned it all up and things are now a bit better. I will try a soft boiled egg as I know that I can keep crackers down. Thanks for the help
