If you could go ANYWHERE in the world for a holiday, regardless of price, where would you go?

Pretend you've just won the lottery! Is it warm, cold, scenic or relaxing?

I would go cruising the Danube and the Rhine visiting Nuremberg, Budapest, Hungary, Netherlands, Amsterdam, Austria, Slovakia.
Visiting Regensburg, Germany and the restaurant Alte Wurstküche for a beer and bratwurst and afterwards visit the cathedral to hear the “Regensburger Domspatzen,” a boys’ choir.
Stopping at Salzburg, birthplace of Mozart and the setting for “The Sound of Music.”
Explore Passau, especially St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
Vienna is a must on my trip, with horse-drawn carriages, historic palaces, wonderful architecture, Hundertwasserhaus, giant ferris wheel and the music of The Blue Danube.
Exploring Nuremberg, Bamberg, Würzburg, Wertheim, Miltenberg, Rüdesheim, Loreley, Koblenz, Bonn, Cologne, discovering for myself and experiencing their wines, food, music, castles, abbey's, bridges, architecture, history, museums, galleries, forests, mountains, birds, animals to name a few things I'd like to experience there.
Experiencing a series of 16 locks over a distance of more than 80K would be fun.
I'd visit every UNESCO World Heritage Site on this trip.
I'd hire one of these river cruise boats for a month or two (maybe for three months - as price isn't a problem), making my own itinerary to cover all I want to see with the freedom to stop wherever something catches my eye.
It would be warm, not hot; scenic and relaxing.
