What's your favourite Cocktail?

I'm organizing a cocktail themed party and need some suggestions. I'm making non-alcoholic as well as alcoholic. My usual are Pina Colada and Strawberry Daiquiris, rum punch goes down well too.

Fluffy Duck. 1 nip each of White Rum, Advocaat, Cream. Ice cubes in the bottom of a large cocktail glass. In goes the rum, advocaat and cream. Stir then top with the lemonade and stir again. It goes nice and fluffy.

Grasshopper. 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe, 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao, 1 oz cream. Combine and shake with ice. Strain. Serve in a cocktail glass.

Golden Dream. 1 shot Galliano, 1 shot Triple Sec, 3 parts OJ, cream. Shake well with ice and put in cocktail glass.

Golden Cadillac. 1 oz Galliano, 2 oz White Creme de Cacao, 1 oz Light Cream.

Combine with 1/2 cup ice in a blender. Strain into cocktail glass.
