What's your favourite Cocktail?

I'm organizing a cocktail themed party and need some suggestions. I'm making non-alcoholic as well as alcoholic. My usual are Pina Colada and Strawberry Daiquiris, rum punch goes down well too.

make pina colada with out the alcohol just do pineapple juice crush some ice with the thin coconut water like milk not the stuff with the cream and add a slice of pineapple to the side. also alcohol free margaritas lime juice with some lemon juice crushed ice and make sure u salt the rim can do the strawberry daquri the same was basicall crused ice with fruit and juices make some cool drinks, greandine with orange uice on top poured slowly make a beautiful tequilla sunrise with out the tequilla
