Did you know that the Company that bought out 'IXL' & Golden Circle do not have any Diabetic Foods, Who is this Company, It's "HEINZ"

What total rubbish!

First, whereas GC is owned by Heinz (as is Watties, Original Juice, Greenseas, Cottees, HP) IXL is owned by Coca-Cola Amatil (along with SPC, Ardmona)

Second is you've contradicted yourself. You say that Heinz OWNS all of the companies on this list you were given - but your original assertion was that Heinz does not "have" diabetic food. Now which way is is?

And third - I can find no evidence whatever of Heinz being fined for alleged discrimination. Although I wouldn't put it past the lunatics we have dictating our lives, it makes no sense whatever. The courts would be applying penalties to any manufacturer of food products that didn't produce a version suitable for each and every different self-declared victim group. You'd need certification for diabetcs, phenylketonurics, coeliacs, a hundred and one different allergy-triggers, halal, kosher, vegan - the list is endless. And of course, Heinz persists in this - so would be racking up the fines daily.

Would the courts decide that Kraft is disciminating and has to produce peanut butter for people with a peanut allergy?

As I diabetic of many years standing, I believe the key is to eat more naturally. Small amounts often rather than a big meal in the evening. I don't avoid tomatoes - at 59c/can, it's about all I can afford anyway - and I'm a pensioner, but not a "State Pensioner."

But I avoid Heinz for other reasons. They still owe me $3 rebate from a promotion they ran 15 years ago. Haven't knowingly bought anything they produce since. And of course, they closed their Kyabram tomato-processing factory but dismantled it rather than allowing the local community to take ownership.
