I have started a subject about Ladies Public Toilets.

I don't whether it is state or federal law, but if you serve food you are obliged to have a public toilet within the cafe or in a shopping centre if that applies. Toilets at most service station/food outlets/cafes are cleaned regularly. If you find one that needs cleaning, advise the staff and they will clean it asap. A relative of mine reported one once and it was re-cleaned within 5 minutes. It was one particular toilet in a row of them.
