Slow Cooker Recipes

I am looking for some tried slow cooker recipes. I know there is a whole lot you can find on the net via google search and other search engines but i want ones that people have actually tried and can vouch for them. please post a recipe up here or a link to a recipe that you have tried before!

Recipe 1: Place 4 Potatoes halved in bottom of cooker.

Place 1 medium onion quartered on top of potatoes.

Place 1 corned beef on top (make sure you soak the roast in cold water overnight to get some of the salt out)

Place 1/2 chopped cabbage on top of beef and add 1&1/2 cups of beef stock cover and cook all day on low.

An optional ingrediant add 3 cubed carrots to other vegies.

Recipe 2: Place potatoes halved, 3 carrots cubed, 3 cubed celery stalks, 2 turnips quartered and 1 onion quartered in bottom of pot.

Place whole medium chicken on top of vegies and add 1 cup chicken stock cover and cook all day.
